As the mat is made from non-absorbent NBR foam, it’s very easy to clean, whilst also being soft and supportive to provide excellent cushioning for weight bearing exercises.

Care Instructions: Made from closed cell foam which is non-absorbent and will not harbour bacteria, therefore washing is not required. To clean your mat simply wipe clean using a clean damp cloth and a small amount of detergent.
